About Us

Harmonising a beachside lifestyle with innovative design, Calico is the deluxe redevelopment of Cronulla Marina.

Enriching the daily lives of neighbouring residents and ardent boaties, Calico is a place of fun and a place of luxury in a beautifully hidden side of Cronulla.

Whether an avid skipper or a curious visitor, all roads lead to Calico Marina.

Cronulla

The name ‘Cronulla’ comes from the local Aboriginal dialect, ‘Kurranulla’ – which means ‘place of the pink seashells’ and the area was originally inhabited by the Gweagal people.

The word Calico is derived from the Calico Scallop which is a sleek pink seashell. It is unique, eye catching and inspiring. This name mirrors the curved shell-like architectural form of the precinct design whilst beautifully linking with the area’s indigenous history.

Cronulla’s surrounds are buzzing with an array of independent restaurants, live music venues and retail boutiques. And, merely 5 minutes from public transport and beautiful beaches, Calico is a perfectly positioned destination for a sunny day, afternoon and evening by the water.
